So we do the checking first, and keep the reviews honest.

  • ID checked. Every worker is verified by our team before they can bid.
  • Insurance and trade badges. Gas Safe for gas work, SELECT or NICEIC for electrics, shown on their profile.
  • Reviews only after the job. You cannot review work that did not happen.
  • A real person if it goes wrong. Our admin team steps in on disputes.
